Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange all products purchased from SUBHANMALL.PK within 14 days of purchase only if:
- The item(s) are faulty, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
- The item(s) do not match the original specifications of the product or are different from what you purchased.
Please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing subhanmallgrw77@gmail.com or calling 03205623000 to raise a dispute. We will assess each dispute on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness.
We will also send a replacement if we ship a defective, faulty, or damaged item. However, before processing any claims, you must email photographic evidence of the defective item to subhanmallgrw77@gmail.com or WhatsApp 03205623000 within 3 days of purchase.
Certain scenarios may make it difficult for us to support returns & exchanges, including;
- Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
- Damage due to product usage.
- Tampering with the product.
- Missing components from the package, such as price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
- Undergarments: Exchanges or returns are not possible without the original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.
- Packs: Packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered a single item and cannot be partially or individually returned.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS AT ANY SUBHAN MALLSTORE?
Yes, you can exchange items at any SUBHAN MALL store as long as the store has the section from which the garment is sourced (Men / Women, or Juniors), except at factory outlets.
Please note: We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are not available on accessories, perfumes, or sale items.
